Working Student IT First Level Support,
Berlin
We are looking for a Working Student to join our IT First Level Support team.
Working field:
- responsible for a smoothly functioning help desk – 1st level support – for our employees all over the world
- troubleshoot at the workstation malfunctions of Macs, iPads, iPhones
- procure, install, configure and maintain of IT workstations (hardware and software)
- provisioning and maintaining of the user administration
- train employees in the introduction of hardware and software solutions
- create and maintain documentation and hardware inventory
- help to keep the workstations in the office organized and well maintained
Requirements:
- fluent in German and in English
- general IT and Apple macOS knowledge
- pleasant and communicative character, team player
- self-organized, structured and reliable
- open to receive and give feedbacks
- patience and empathy
- explain technical things to a non-technical person
