As the Sales Capability Team our vision is to inspire & enable our sales people to be the best, respected & recognised as the category trade partners for growth. We are advertising for the position of Product Professional to support this journey with more details below:

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • As a Product Professional you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of IBP.
  • You will act as first level support for users, be responsible for maintaining best in class IBP documentation and lead and bring together the IBP Sales Community via regular meetings, collaboration and best practice sharing.
  • You will provide training and support to international sales teams and partners to ensure effective roll out of IBP processes, Anaplan Tool and BW Sales Reporting. Doing so, you collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, sales, and supply chain to ensure timely and effective execution of IBP, product plans and Sales Reporting in international markets.
  • You will collate ideas for future improvement for IBP roll outs and the Anaplan tool, plus be responsible for simultaneously developing and testing these Anaplan enhancements.
  • Acting as a global key user for BW you will learn to be able to create the required BW reports – using query programming and workbook design.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • You have at least 5 years of professional commercial as well as classic and agile project management experience, that enable you to represent the Sales Function effectively. Additionally you bring an FMCG background as well as international market experiences.
  • You have excellent digital skills and a high affinity for modern digital tools and well-founded knowledge of IBP and BW.
  • Besides your very good understanding of numbers, analytical and conceptual thinking, as well as structured way of working, you are able to transform strategies into actionable steps and ensure their implementation across multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • You enjoy international working and developed an high intercultural sensitivity and adaptability to different cultures and countries. Accordingly, you have a high willingness to do business trips to locations abroad.
  • You are characterized by excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment complete your profile.
  • You are fluent in English and you have a good command of German.
